Have you ever looked in the mirror weeks into your training and saw nothing change?

The results are not invisible.   Even though you may not be able to see them yet - even if they're only miniscule. They are there!

That's why you need to have a lot of faith and keep fighting even when nothing seems to be working!

Nothing happens overnight in the real world. Life is not a "before and after" photo gallery on Instagram! 

So, remember to pause from time to time and realise that the best things take time. 

Things may appear to happen quickly on social media, but in the real world, things happen slowly - without filters or edits!

The point is, if you want to go far in your fitness journey, in addition to weight training, aerobic activities and sports, it is essential to also practice ‘patience’. Remember this when those unavoidable little desires come knocking, tempting you to "give up". 

The results are not invisible on a day-to-day level, they're just tiny. But they're NOT insignificant. Quite the opposite, actually!

Although it can take many days, even months, sometimes whole seasons. to notice real change... gradually those tiny differences become huge, fierce and unbreakable.

Best of all, never forget, it's only those sorts of changes that are REAL.
