Happiness actually fuels success and performance, not the other way around.

Happiness actually fuels success and performance, not the other way around.

Harvard researcher Shawn Achor believes that happiness is the precursor to greater success.

Before we can be happy or successful, we need to first develop the ability to see that positive change is possible.

According to Shawn's technic of 'Success Maping', we should set goals oriented around the things in life that most matter to us, wether career advancement, personal development, family, relationships etc. Because when we are happier and more positive we are more engaged, creative, resilient to stress, and productive.
